Botany contributes approximately 45-50 percent of NEET Biology questions, covering Plant Diversity, Plant Anatomy, Plant Physiology, and Plant Reproduction. The most scoring Botany topics include Photosynthesis (comparing C3, C4, and CAM pathways), Plant Morphology and Anatomy (root, stem, leaf structure with tissue types), and Sexual Reproduction in Flowering Plants (flower structure, double fertilisation, and embryo development).
