Shipping & Delivery Policy

Cerebrum Biology Academy provides educational services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and no shipping charges apply to any purchase.

Live classes are held online on Zoom, and for some batches at our South Extension, Green Park and Gurugram centres, on the schedule of the batch you join.

Recordings, notes and tests are delivered in your student portal at cerebrumbiologyacademy.com, which you sign in to with the email or mobile number used at purchase.

Your enrolment is confirmed as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, and a confirmation is sent to your email and WhatsApp.

Access to your student portal is activated within 24 hours of payment, usually at once. Your batch and class timetable are confirmed within 2 working days.

If you have not received access within 48 hours of a successful payment, contact us using the details below and we will resolve it the same working day.

Online courses are delivered in the same way worldwide. Class times are shown in IST, and in your own time zone in the student portal.
