The NYC and Long Island corridor fields some of the most competitive science students in the country. We coach Brain Bee contenders here on a schedule that fits a demanding magnet-school + AP load.
We coach every round — the Brain Facts written content, and the half of the championship’s points that comes from identifying structures at neuroanatomy, histology and MRI stations and from clinical reasoning, plus the live elimination finals. AIIMS-trained faculty, live in ET (Eastern).
Independent neuroscience-competition coaching. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Brain Bee or the Society for Neuroscience.
Designed for competitors from Stuyvesant, Bronx Science, Hunter College HS, Brooklyn Tech, Jericho and similar New York City & Long Island schools.
New York City & Long Island sits near major neuroscience hubs — Columbia, NYU, Weill Cornell and Mount Sinai — so neuroscience is a natural extension for strong local biology students.
Live classes in ET (Eastern), scheduled around the school day — no recorded-only fallback.

Students across NYC and Long Island — including those at Stuyvesant, Bronx Science, Hunter College HS, Brooklyn Tech, Jericho and Great Neck — who want to place at a local Brain Bee chapter and advance toward the USA National Championship.
Yes — all live classes run in ET, scheduled around the school day. New York sits close to several major neuroscience hubs (Columbia, NYU, Weill Cornell, Mount Sinai), which makes neuroscience a natural extension subject for strong NYC biology students.
We coach every Brain Bee round — Brain Facts content (written), human neuroanatomy practical, neurohistology, MRI identification, patient diagnosis over the ~20 official disorders, and the live two-strike oral. Three tracks: Finals & Practical Intensive ($2,900, 4-6 weeks), Foundation Cohort ($4,900, 12-16 weeks), and 1:1 Mentorship ($6,900) — all-in USD. Premium specialist coaching with more included than content-only programs: live practical and oral drills, AIIMS-faculty patient-diagnosis clinics, and full mock championships. Classes are live online.
No. In the published championship format, the written round of factual and conceptual neuroscience is 50 of the 100 points — but the other 50 come from identifying structures at neuroanatomy, histology and MRI stations (25 points) and from clinical and scientific reasoning (25 points). The finals are then a live, spoken, jeopardy-style elimination. The free Brain Facts book prepares the content layer well; the station work and the live round are what it cannot rehearse, and that is what Cerebrum adds. (The organizer publishes question counts and points, not percentage weights, and confirms the format year by year.)
No. This is independent coaching, not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Brain Bee or the Society for Neuroscience. The official IYNA bootcamp is free; ours is optional paid coaching that adds live practical, clinical and oral training.
