Human Physiology is the highest-scoring unit in NEET Biology, comprising six chapters that together contribute 25-30 marks. Body Fluids and Circulation covers blood composition, blood groups (ABO and Rh), the cardiac cycle with systole and diastole phases, the electrical conduction system generating the ECG waveform, and double circulation. The ECG components (P wave for atrial depolarisation, QRS complex for ventricular depolarisation, T wave for ventricular repolarisation) are tested with diagram-based questions. Excretory Products and Their Elimination covers nephron structure and function, the countercurrent mechanism in the loop of Henle, and the role of ADH and aldosterone in regulating urine concentration.
