American School of The Hague (ASH) was founded in 1953 to serve the American diplomatic and military community in The Hague. Today ASH enrols approximately 1,200 students from 80+ countries across its Wassenaar campus. The school follows an American curriculum through Grade 10, then offers the IB Diploma Programme for Grades 11–12.
ASH offers IB Biology at both HL and SL. The Wassenaar campus — an affluent residential enclave between The Hague and Leiden — includes dedicated Biology labs and greenhouse facilities.
