Every class, every set of notes and every test is in English. NEET is written against the NCERT Class 11 and 12 syllabus in English terminology, so that is the vocabulary we build from the first week.
This is the most common worry we hear from Madurai students, and it is a solved problem rather than a disadvantage. Weeks 1–4 of every Class 11 and dropper batch run an explicit NCERT English terminology bridge, with Tamil reference used wherever it aids comprehension. By week five students are working entirely in English. It is built into the batch, not an extra you pay for — how the English-medium bridge works.
Then language is not your gap — the syllabus is. The state board and NCERT cover much of the same biology in a different order and to a different depth, and NEET tests only NCERT.
