Different model. Allen / Aakash / Aakash Institute: full-package PCM coaching, 150-200 student batches. Cerebrum: biology-only specialist with 6-25 student batches, AIIMS faculty, per-MCQ weekly review. We don't compete with their PCM teaching — most students keep their existing coaching for physics-chemistry and add Cerebrum for the biology layer (360/720 marks, half the exam).

Most achievable via Meghalaya state quota: North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) Shillong. Also realistic: Gauhati Medical College, AIIMS Guwahati (new). Our biology programme targets 340+/360 to give families options.
